First of all, check the current status:
If the status starts with "Being..." then do not touch anything. Leave this translation alone, until the status comes back to "Ready...".

If the status is "Ready..." then you may if you chose take control and responsibility for this file.

What to do.

• Download the file with the same status as this post.
  e.g HBKS_Transcript_ready_to_translate.doc

  Note: if you are returning a file, see instructions below.

• Save the file to your computer (click on file) Choose 'Save File'.
• Under 'Work Flow' (see below) change the status to the next level.
  e.g If status is currently "Ready to Translate", change it to "Being Translated". This is to prevent people from doubling up.
• If you would like, add a comment to the comments section.
  e.g Notes about the translation, to help the next person who handles this file.
• Returning a file.
  Under the "File Attachments" tab, click 'browse' to locate file on your computer.
  Make sure the file name matches the standard file format as mentioned in the "FAQ" page.
  i.e title_language_status.doc
  Then click 'attach'.
  Wait for the file to upload before save this page.
  DO NOT DELETE ANY OTHER FILES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
• Once all this is done, you may save this page.
  Simply click 'Save'.
